The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has praised President Tinubu’s recent cabinet reshuffle announced on Wednesday.
In a statement from his Special Adviser on Strategic Communication and Media Relations, Bolaji Tunji, Adelabu congratulated Sunday Dare, the Oyo State-born former Minister of Youth and Sports Development, on his new role as Special Adviser on Public Communication and Orientation to the President.
He also extended his congratulations to Jumoke Oduwole, the newly appointed Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment, who previously served as a senior lecturer in the Department of Jurisprudence and International Law at the University of Lagos, along with other newly appointed federal ministers.

Adelabu characterized these appointments as a reflection of the President’s ability to identify and select capable individuals to lead Nigeria.
“Being selected by Mr President is a reflection of their ability, exceptional leadership, and expertise,” Adelabu said.
The minister further described Dare as a skilled media consultant whose extensive experience will be invaluable in his new role.
Adelabu praised Oduwole, who previously served as the Special Adviser to the President on Ease of Doing Business in the Office of the Vice President, among other notable positions. He emphasized that her background would greatly benefit her as Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Regarding the other newly appointed ministers, Adelabu expressed confidence that their commitment and vision will drive Nigeria forward.
He encouraged them to view their appointments as opportunities to serve their country and help elevate Nigeria to new heights.
