However, Trump leads with male voters, garnering 55 percent to Harris’s 41 percent.
Among younger voters aged 18 to 29, Harris has strong support at 55 percent versus Trump’s 43 percent, while Trump leads with voters aged 45 to 64, holding 51 percent to Harris’s 44 percent.
Concerningly for Harris, 61 percent of respondents believe the country is on the wrong track, while only 27 percent think it is headed in the right direction.
According to the FiveThirtyEight poll tracker, which averages multiple national polls, Harris currently holds a narrow lead at 48 percent to Trump’s 46.6 percent, though this margin has decreased from a 1.8 percent lead earlier in the week.

In these key states, FiveThirtyEight’s latest averages show Trump with a 1 percent lead in North Carolina and a 2 percent advantage in Arizona and Georgia. Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin are all closely contested, with less than half a percentage point separating the candidates.
