Tinubu Orders Release Of Minors Arrested For Hunger Protests

In response to the widespread outrage over the arrest and arraignment of minors involved in the #EndBadGovernance protests held across the country in August, President Bola Tinubu on Monday ordered the immediate release of all detained children.

Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, announced this to State House correspondents following the swearing-in of seven newly appointed ministers approved by the Senate.
