The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) has named Fatima Buhari, daughter of former President Muhammadu Buhari, as its first-ever ambassador.
She further stated that this new initiative focuses on amplifying women’s voices in a field traditionally dominated by men, while also creating opportunities for aspiring female accountants in the North-West zone.
The state governor, Umaru Radda, who was represented by his deputy, Faruq Jobe, reiterated the state government’s dedication to supporting ANAN.
He highlighted the government’s ongoing partnership with the organization to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance in the state.
