National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu has issued a stern warning to the newly emerged Islamic sect, Lakurawa, in the North-West, stating that their days are numbered if they do not cease their acts of terrorism.
Ribadu, speaking at the opening ceremony of the Comptroller General of Customs Conference in Abuja on Wednesday, asserted that no one challenges President Bola Tinubu without facing consequences.
He emphasized that the Lakurawa group has surfaced at a time when President Tinubu is in power and vowed they will be eradicated from Nigeria.

Last week, the Defence Headquarters confirmed the rise of the new terror group, Lakurawa, operating in the North-Western states of Sokoto and Kebbi.
Major General Edward Buba, Director of Defence Media Operations, told reporters in Abuja that the group is contributing to the growing insecurity in the region, but the Nigerian Armed Forces are already taking action to contain them.
He also revealed that the group originated from Mali and Niger, following the coup that disrupted military cooperation between Nigeria and Niger.
Additionally, the military announced that nine terrorists have been declared wanted for their involvement in the ongoing security challenges facing the country.
