President Bola Tinubu has re-designated the roles of two recently appointed officials within the State House media and communications team to improve the efficiency of the government’s communication efforts.

The new restructuring is as follows:
- Mr. Sunday Dare, formerly Special Adviser on Public Communication and National Orientation, has been appointed as Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications.
- Mr. Daniel Bwala, who was announced last week as Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications, will now serve as Special Adviser on Policy Communication.
These changes, along with the existing position of Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, emphasize that there is no single spokesperson for the Presidency.
Instead, all three Special Advisers will work collaboratively as spokespersons for the government.
This approach is designed to ensure more effective and consistent communication of government policies, decisions, and activities.
