Victor Boniface Speaks On Alleged Breakup With Norwegian Girlfriend

Victor Boniface, a Super Eagles player, has denied breaking up with his Norwegian girlfriend Rikke Hermine, calling the reports “fake”.

The purported separation between the Bayer Leverkusen forward and the influencer has garnered attention on social media in recent days.

Hermine requested a legal marriage without a prenup, which Boniface denied, leading to the end of their relationship.

However, in a now-deleted post written partially in Pidgin English, the Nigerian striker disputed the allegations.

“Stop posting fake shit you guys know nothing about,” he wrote on X on Thursday, before saying, “People will just pick their phones and post without verification. Not everyone is like your sister. So, respect yourself. Everything you guys say about her are all lies.”

Boniface played a key role in Leverkusen’s unbeaten Bundesliga season and German Cup victory.

He has so far played an important part for Xabi Alonso’s team this season and is anticipated to play for Nigeria when the qualification battle for the 2026 World Cup resumes in March.
