A man has been captured barking like a dog while being admitted in an hospital.
The video has elicited a debate on social media about the probable cause of his barking.

While some argued the barking was as a result of bite from a dog infected with rabies, some argued that dog bite from rabies infected dog can’t cause the victim to bark like a dog.
