A video has surfaced online showing a notorious thug loyal to the All Progressives Congress (APC) using a customised scooter to move inside the Edo State Government House.
The APC thug can be heard saying in the video that he intends to use the scooter for surveillance.

Many have reacted to the video calling out the Edo Governor Okpebholo for turning his government into that of thugs and making the Government House a home for thugs.
Some stated that Okpebholo gave the APC thug a fresh appointment hence the video.
