Dangote Refinery To Refund Customers Who Bought Fuel At Old Price

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced that it will compensate customers who bought Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as fuel, at the previous price of N890 per litre before its recent price reduction.

This follows the company’s decision to lower its gantry price from N890 to N825 per litre.

To ensure fairness, Dangote Refinery will refund N65 per litre for over 200,000 metric tonnes of PMS purchased at the old price, allowing marketers to recover the price difference.

In a statement shared on its X handle on Monday, March 3, the company outlined the process and contact details for claiming the refund.

Customers will need to provide a payment receipt that includes the name of the fuel station in order to qualify for reimbursement.
