Tinubu Appoints 2 New Permanent Secretaries

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of two new Permanent Secretaries to fill vacant positions in the Federal Civil Service.

Eno Olotu, the Director of Information and Public Relations at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), announced the appointments in a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday.

The new appointees are Adeladan Olarinre, representing Oyo State, and Mukhtar Muhammed, representing the North-West geopolitical zone.

Olotu stated that the appointments followed a thorough and transparent selection process, aligning with the administration’s focus on merit, excellence, and competence in the civil service.

She urged the new Permanent Secretaries to apply their wealth of experience and expertise to enhance public service delivery and support the government’s development goals.

Additionally, Olotu noted that the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Didi Walson-Jack, praised President Tinubu for his steadfast commitment to upholding transparency, meritocracy, and professionalism in the civil service.

She also emphasized that the appointments demonstrate the administration’s commitment to building a capable and results-driven public service that meets the needs of the Nigerian people.
