Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, has criticized the quality of the ₦10.8 billion Gully Erosion Control Project in Kargo, expressing disappointment with the contractor, Retercha Company Limited.

During an unannounced visit on Saturday, Namadi found the materials used to be substandard, and warned that his administration would not accept poor workmanship.
