Natasha Vs Akpabio: Court Restrains Parties From Granting Interviews

Justice Binta Nyako of the Abuja Federal High Court has prohibited all parties involved in the lawsuit brought by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan against Senate President Godswill Akpabio and others from speaking to the press about the case.

This order was issued on Friday after Akpabio’s lawyer, Kehinde Ogunwumiju (SAN), complained that Akpoti-Uduaghan was giving numerous television interviews discussing details of the ongoing court matter.

In her ruling, Justice Nyako specifically forbade all parties and their legal representatives from granting press interviews concerning the subject of the lawsuit.
