APC Governors Visit Buhari In Kaduna [PHOTOS]

Governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) visited former President Muhammadu Buhari at his residence in Kaduna on Monday.

The governors, operating under the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), were led by their chairman, Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State.

Speaking to the press after the visit, Uzodimma explained that the group had come to convey their warm Eid greetings to Buhari and to congratulate him on successfully completing the Ramadan fast.

“This visit is symbolic and deeply rooted in respect, loyalty, and continued appreciation for the statesmanship, leadership, and legacy of President Muhammadu Buhari,” Uzodimma noted, according to a statement from the Director-General ( Press Affairs), Gombe Government House Ismaila Misilli

“As a party, we remain united and committed to the ideals of good governance which he championed during his tenure.”

Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State explained that the visit also served as an opportunity to extend well wishes to former President Buhari as he settles into his newly renovated home in Kaduna.

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State, along with other APC governors, joined the visit to Buhari’s Kaduna residence. The delegation, organized by the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), was led by Chairman Uzodinma.

Governors from Gombe, Imo, Kaduna, Kwara, Nasarawa, Ebonyi, Kebbi, Edo, Kogi, Ondo, Ekiti, and Benue States were present.

Additionally, the Deputy Governor of Jigawa State and the Minister of Budget and National Planning, along with other dignitaries, attended the visit.
