The Zamfara State House of Assembly has lost a member, Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji, who represented the Kaura Namoda South Constituency.
He reportedly passed away in his sleep early Wednesday morning.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State has expressed deep sadness over the sudden death of the lawmaker.

In a statement released by the party’s Publicity Secretary in Zamfara State, Yusuf Idris, the APC’s State Working Committee, executives, and supporters mourned the loss, describing Hon. Kasuwar-Daji as a dedicated, honest, and devout individual who served his constituents and the community with great passion.
The party conveyed its deepest sympathies to the deceased’s immediate family, the people of Kaura Namoda South, and his colleagues in the state assembly.
They prayed for Allah to grant him paradise and provide strength to his loved ones to cope with their loss.
Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji will be buried today at 3:00 pm in his hometown of Kasuwar-Daji in the Kaura Namoda Local Government Area.
