Achimugu’s lawyer had previously informed the Federal High Court in Abuja about her client’s intention to honor the EFCC’s invitation on Tuesday, as indicated in court documents.
This development follows a court order by Justice Inyang Ekwo, directing Achimugu to report to the anti-graft agency on April 29, 2025.
The court has also mandated her presence on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, for the continuation of legal proceedings related to the matter.
