Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has congratulated the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on being awarded a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Honoris Causa by the University of Port Harcourt.
In a personally signed press statement, Fubara described the honor bestowed upon his predecessor as well-deserved.
