Governors Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Agbu Kefas (Taraba), and Siminalayi Fubara (Rivers) are “conspicuously absent” at the ongoing convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
