During the celebration, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who appeared to have stepped down from the platform and was heading back to his seat after participating in one of the day’s activities, tapped the shoulder of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.

Wike quickly turned to see that it was Obasanjo, and the former president said a few words to him, which he appeared to respond to.
