Wike was paying tribute to late Senator Barinada Barry Mpigi when he was moved to tears.
The late Senator was an ally of Wike and represented Rivers South-East Senatorial District at the senate.
The video drew reactions on social media as many slammed Wike due to his political actions and activities which they considered as evil.
