What Mammoth Crowd Did To Atiku On Arrival At Ibadan Airport [VIDEO]

A massive turnout of supporters greeted former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as he arrived in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, for the much-anticipated National Summit of Opposition Political Party Leaders.

The high-profile gathering, hosted by Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is expected to feature a roster of opposition heavyweights.

Key attendees include former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and his Kano State counterpart, Rabiu Kwankwaso, as the summit seeks to consolidate a unified front against the ruling party.

Atiku, who is actively “jostling for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential ticket for the 2027 election,” shared a video of his arrival on his 𝕏 account.

The footage captured a “mammoth crowd” singing and cheering as they welcomed the veteran politician at the airport.

Accompanying the video, Atiku wrote: “I have just arrived in Ibadan, Oyo State, for the National Summit of all opposition parties.”

The event marks a “significant shift in the state’s political landscape” as major figures like Atiku, Obi, and Kwankwaso begin early positioning and strategic alignments ahead of the next general election cycle.
