The National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, Seriake Dickson, has disclosed that he and the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, offered a House of Representatives ticket to Aisha Yesufu, which she rejected.

Dickson shared this information while addressing the party’s stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja, amid recent internal political friction within the party.

This development follows a post by Yesufu on her verified X handle on Thursday, where she stated that Dickson appeared to be fighting a war that no one was waging against him.

  1. Dont bother yourself about that woman. She thinks activism is the same thing as political acceptance. Even if you gave her that ticket she will not win. The Gbagi indigenes are waiting for them.
Let he say what she likes. Carry on with your party.
