Party leaders and designated campaign council delegates will represent President Tinubu in the remaining 24 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Notably, three of the states included in the President’s personal tour—Oyo, Bauchi, and Adamawa—serve as political strongholds for key opposition figures linked to the 2027 presidential race.

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde stands as the presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), which also governs Bauchi State, while Adamawa State is the home base of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Speaking during the inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday, President Tinubu clarified that governing the nation remains his primary mandate and that he would not attend every single campaign event.
