An operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Remedy S. Yange, passed away on Sunday after collapsing on a street in Lagos State.
He had been on leave to visit his family in Lagos at the time of his death.

Yange was based at the EFCC’s Benue office and was known for his notable work in investigating and prosecuting fraud cases in Nigerian courts.
EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, confirmed the incident and stated that an investigation was underway to determine the cause of Yange’s death.
