Kehinde Subair, the former majority leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, has passed away at the age of 60.
While the exact cause of his death is not yet clear, reliable sources reported that he died shortly after breaking his Ramadan fast in the United Kingdom.

An All Progressives Congress (APC) leader in the state who preferred anonymity shared that Subair passed away in the UK, just seven days before his 60th birthday, adding that his loss will be deeply felt within the party.
Wale Sadare, the APC Publicity Secretary, confirmed Subair’s death in Ibadan, the state capital, but declined to comment further, citing being in a studio.
Subair was a prominent APC figure in the state, holding various roles within the party and serving as an elected official.
He was a two-term member of the state House of Assembly from 2011 to 2019 and previously served as the Majority Leader of the House.
