Moment RSIEC Officials Were Seen Thumb-Printing Ballot Papers During LG Election In Rivers [VIDEO]

The video allegedly captures the moment officials of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) were seen thumb-printing ballot papers during the the local government elections.

The local government elections in Rivers was conducted by RSIEC across 23 councils.

The exercise was reported to have been held in 6,866 polling units in the 319 wards of the state.

The election was conducted six months and two days after the Supreme Court upturned the council elections conducted on October 5, 2024, by the RSIEC.
