The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Ayoola Olajolo as the new Director of Administration at the party’s National Secretariat.
APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, announced the appointment in a statement on Friday.
The party’s statement highlighted that Olajolo, a legal practitioner with over two decades of experience, will bring a combination of “legal expertise, grassroots political knowledge, and high-level bureaucratic experience” to the role.

The statement read, “Mr Olajolo brings his experience in local government administration and diverse public policy perspectives to his new role as Director of Administration.
He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functioning of the national secretariat, implementing innovative and efficient operational systems, managing human resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of the party’s programmes and activities.
The party congratulates Mr. Olajolo on his appointment and wishes him every success in his new role.”
A native of Ile-Ife, Osun State, Olajolo began his public service career at the local government level, serving as Secretary and later Chairman of Ife Central Local Government.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 and later worked at the National Space Research and Development Agency as an Assistant Chief Legal Officer.
