The video captures a man narrating his findings regarding the death of 28-year-old Mene Ogidi, who was shot by a police officer in Delta State over a waybill package allegedly containing a gun.
The narrator claims his visit to the motor park revealed that Ogidi was there to send a waybill, not receive one.
This aligns with the statement from Delta Police PRO, DSP Bright Edafe, who stated, “On Sunday, this young man came with a waybill, and after a check, a Beretta pistol with four rounds of live ammunition was found.”
However, this account directly contradicts the claim made by the deceased’s sister, who insisted that her brother was at the park solely to pick up a package.
This also goes against the widely held public belief that Ogidi was there to receive a waybill and not to send one, further deepening the controversy surrounding the incident.
