Heavy police presence has been observed at Gani Fawehinmi Freedom Park in Ojota, Lagos.
Despite the demonstration being scheduled to start at 8 a.m., there are no protesters in sight.
Lagos State Commissioner of Police Adegoke Fayoade and his team are actively patrolling the area.
