NBM Speaks On Black Axe, Criminal Allegations

It is important to note that Interpol has categorized the Black Axe as a criminal group, with members reportedly involved in various international financial scams and other criminal activities.

The Neo-Black Movement of Africa (NBM) has clarified that its efforts to showcase its identity as a responsible organization with a positive impact on lives and communities across Africa are being intentionally misrepresented by individuals who profit from such misinformation.

The statement, jointly issued by Ese Kakor, NBM of Africa’s National President and member of the Body of Founders, and Efe Akpokiniovo, a member of the Board of Trustees, revealed that some expelled members are behind efforts to tarnish the group’s reputation. They also emphasized that NBM of Africa maintains a structured database to support its activities.

They explained that NBM of Africa, as a disciplined organization, remains dedicated to its founding ideals, particularly Pan-Africanism, Black solidarity, social justice, and global equality for disadvantaged individuals.

They emphasized that the motto of NBM of Africa is social justice, equality, and equity for all, and expressed concern that some individuals are mistakenly linking the group to the Black Axe in an attempt to tarnish its reputation.

“There is a conspiracy to malign members of NBM of Africa. We have attempted to remove that particular page on Wikipedia, but despite our efforts, malicious individuals have conspired to keep it up, with the intent of defaming NBM members. We completely dissociate ourselves from the Black Axe and all attempts on social media to discredit NBM of Africa,” the group stated.
