The protests were scheduled to take place in Lagos, Abuja, Ado Ekiti, and London on December 10, in connection with the remand of Farotimi.
In a statement released on Thursday night, Police Public Relations Officer for the Ekiti State Command, Sunday Abutu, reassured residents of the state’s commitment to ensuring adequate security throughout the Ember months.
