In October 2024, Tinubu reassigned 10 ministers to new portfolios, appointed seven new ministers for Senate confirmation, and dismissed five ministers. Despite these changes, critics argue that the President’s cabinet remains overly large, especially with the establishment of a dedicated Livestock Ministry.
