Ganduje Announces When Nigerian Economy Will Stabilise

The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has assured Nigerians that the economy will stabilize before next year’s Christmas celebration.

Ganduje conveyed this message in a statement released on Wednesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu.

The former governor of Kano State also urged Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu’s administration as it navigates economic challenges.

Ganduje expressed confidence in the country’s economic recovery, acknowledging the discomfort caused by the government’s bold reforms.

However, he emphasized that the positive outcomes of these reforms are already becoming evident.

“I urge Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu’s administration as it navigates these tough reforms. Although the process has been challenging, we are beginning to see positive results.

“By next year’s Christmas, I assure you, the economy will have stabilised and will be in a much better position,” he said.

Mr. Ganduje also highlighted the government’s strides in strengthening security, pointing to notable declines in banditry and kidnapping across the nation.

He emphasized that the administration’s efforts to secure Nigeria are already yielding positive results.

As the country continues to grapple with developmental challenges, Mr. Ganduje reaffirmed the APC leadership’s commitment to policies that foster sustainable growth, enhance security, and improve the well-being of all Nigerians.

In reflecting on the true essence of the festive season, the statement urged Nigerians to embrace the values of love, peace, and unity, as exemplified by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

He also underscored the importance of selflessness, generosity, and compassion for the less fortunate, especially during this season of giving.
