The House of Representatives concluded its Wednesday session without addressing the state of emergency declared in Rivers State by President Tinubu.
Despite anticipation that the declaration would be a topic of discussion, the lawmakers did not raise the issue during plenary.
Prior to the session, however, two female members, Blessing Amadi (Rivers) and Marie Ebikake, engaged in a heated argument regarding the emergency declaration.
