We, the Guard Time Information, National Human Rights Activists, are writing to bring to your attention the deteriorating security situation in Rivers State, which has led to a state of emergency. This crisis has significant humanitarian, economic, and social implications that require immediate attention.

*Situation Analysis and Consequences*

The state of emergency has resulted in:

– Displacement of people
– Destruction of properties and infrastructure
– Disruption of economic activities
– Breakdown of law and order

The consequences of this crisis are far-reaching:
