This injunction halts the planned April 12, 2025, rally until a full hearing on the matter can be conducted.

The order specifically targets George Turnah, the rally’s lead organizer, and Minister Wike, along with the police, preventing them from organizing or participating in any political gathering related to celebrating Wike in Bayelsa State.

The case is scheduled for further hearing on April 11, 2025.
