Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori was notably absent from a meeting of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) in Abuja on Saturday night.
The meeting, intended to welcome new members to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), was not attended by Oborevwori, despite his recent move to the party.
Oborevwori, who won the 2023 governorship election under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), defected to the APC earlier in the week, citing various reasons.
