This act comes weeks after Governor Aiyedatiwa approved the recruitment of 1,100 primary school teachers across all 18 local government areas of Ondo State in March 2025, a move intended to bolster the state’s education sector.

The Governor stated that this initiative, funded through the 2023/2024 UBEC/SUBEB intervention, is part of a comprehensive effort to upgrade the education system.
