The video captures the moment Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike took to dancing on the day and at the venue he was conferred an honourary doctorate degree by the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT).

He was awarded Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Honoris Causa.
