A Nigerian couple captured public attention and praise after they exchanged wedding vows aboard a moving Lagos–Ibadan train, an event many considered a creative and unique twist on a traditional ceremony.
The bride, Sharon Ifunanya, who works as an events planner, and her groom, Nollywood actor Shawn Faqua, transformed one of the train coaches into a decorated wedding hall.

It was filled with flowers, guests, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the officiating ministers.

The ceremony took place on Saturday, aboard a train that departed from the Mobolaji Johnson Station in Alagomeji-Yaba, Lagos.
Videos of the unconventional wedding have since gone viral on social media, leading many Nigerians to applaud the couple for their “originality and daring sense of style.
