There has been outrage after a viral prank video in which a group of young men dressed like extremist fighters stormed the campus in Lagos State University, causing fear among students.
The video, posted on December 5 by Datreez Entertainment TV and titled “Bandits Prank on Lasuites,” showed the group wearing turbans and desert-style outfits similar to those associated with terrorist organisations.
Students were seen running in panic, especially at a time when recent school attacks in Niger and Kebbi States have raised national tension.
