The lady, who appears to be on a “boat cruise,” was making use of her phone and “tried some sitting adjustment” when the “unfortunate incident” happened.

She is seen “restless moments after” the phone fell into the water and is seen trying to notify others who were on the boat but “not present when the incident happened.”
