Hon. Tunde Orabiyi, in the early hours of today, joined other eligible voters to exercise his civic responsibility by casting his vote at Unit 8, Ogbon-Egbe, Ibokun, in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State.

After casting his vote, Hon.Tunde Orabiyi commended the peaceful conduct of the electoral process and expressed satisfaction with the impressive turnout of eligible voters across Obokun Local Government, particularly in Ibokun town.

He described the enthusiasm displayed by the electorate as a strong indication of the people’s determination to participate actively in the democratic process and make their voices heard.

As a committed grassroots mobiliser, Hon. Tunde Orabiyi also proceeded to his unit to encourage and mobilise eligible voters to come out en masse and exercise their franchise.

He provided incentives to further motivate members of his unit and supporters to participate actively in the election and cast their votes for His Excellency, Governor Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, the Accord Party candidate, for a second term in office.

Hon. Tunde Orabiyi further acknowledged and commended the immeasurable efforts of Ambassador Olatunji Awodiran (LEOVEST Foundation) for his outstanding contribution and grassroots mobilisation towards the impressive performance of the Accord Party across the Obokun/Oriade Constituency.

He described such commitment as a significant contribution to strengthening the party’s presence and mobilisation at the grassroots.

He equally extended his profound appreciation to the leadership and executives of Obokun Local Government, as well as the entire leadership, executives, members and supporters of the Accord Party in Obokun, for their dedication, resilience and commitment throughout the electoral process.

In his message to party members and supporters, Hon.Tunde Orabiyi urged everyone to remain calm, peaceful and law-abiding while continuing to protect the integrity of their votes.

He appealed to all eligible voters to remain patient and orderly until the conclusion of the voting and counting processes.

He expressed optimism that the collective efforts, unity and commitment of party members and supporters would translate into a successful outcome for the Accord Party.

Hon. Tunde Orabiyi consequently offered prayers for a peaceful election and victory for the Accord Party, calling on all members to remain united and focused until the final results are announced.

“Let us remain calm, peaceful and united. We have exercised our civic responsibility; now let us protect our votes peacefully and remain committed until we celebrate our victory together.”
