In the dramatic footage, alert voters using motorcycles closely trailed the ballot-transporting bus after noticing suspicious behavior from the driver.
Shouting out in caution as the driver kept busy on his device, the crowd confronted him with the strict warning, “You’re carrying our votes, and you are receiving calls. Drop that phone immediately.”
