Former APC Presidential Aspirant Evicted From Abuja House Over Unpaid Rent [VIDEOS]

“Due to irreconcilable differences on your breach of agreements, we opt out of renewing our lease. This letter serves as notice to vacate your property within the allowable period,” the letter reads.

However, the landlord resorted to legal action after Mr Omosebi failed to leave.

“I had to use his letter to file for eviction. He claimed ownership of the house but never appeared in court until the final judgment,” the landlord said.

The landlord claimed that sinister objects, such as cow bones, skulls, and calabashes draped in red cloth, were discovered scattered across the property.

“He kills four cows every Thursday for rituals,” claimed an anonymous eyewitness.

A visit to the residence confirmed the presence of these objects, deepening the mystery surrounding the ongoing legal dispute.

The landlord also claimed that during the proceedings, the magistrate overseeing the case passed away, and the judge who issued the final ruling suffered the loss of a close relative.

When reached for comment, Mr. Omosebi denied all allegations, including the assertion that he owned the property.

“This is all fabricated,” he said.
