A video circulating online captures the moment a man attempted to place President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s signature cap on billionaire Aliko Dangote’s head.
In the clip, the man is seen placing the Tinubu-branded cap onto Dangote’s head, even though Dangote already had a cap on.
Dangote appears briefly surprised but doesn’t remove it himself.
The man then stops the attempt to place the cap on Dangote’s head.
