Nigerian billionaire Prince Arthur Eze has reached an agreement to acquire stakes in several major undeveloped gas fields off the coast of Venezuela.
This deal comes shortly after Venezuela President, Nicolas Maduro proclaimed himself the winner of a contentious election.
