What Transpired When Tinubu Arrived In Tanzania For Energy Summit [VIDEO]

President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Dar es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania, for the Africa Heads of State Energy Summit.

The Nigerian president arrived in the East African country on Sunday evening, where he was greeted by a cultural performance and officials.

He was received by Tanzania’s Foreign Minister, Amb. Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, and the Chargé d’Affaires of Nigeria’s High Commission to Tanzania, Ambassador Salisu Suleiman.

A crowd waving flags was also present to welcome him.

The two-day summit is being organized by the Tanzanian government, the African Union, the African Development Bank Group, and the World Bank Group.

At the summit, President Tinubu is scheduled to deliver a national statement reaffirming Nigeria’s commitment to universal energy access and its leadership role in Africa’s energy sector.
