Residents Seen Scooping Fuel From Fallen Tanker In Onitsha [VIDEO]

Residents have been captured scooping fuel from a tanker that fell near Army Barracks In Onitsha.

This is coming despite deaths that have been reported from similar incidents in different parts of Nigeria.
