President Bola Tinubu is currently hosting his first group of guests for the Eid-El-Fitr homage at the Presidential Banquet Hall in the State House, Abuja.
The meeting commenced at 12:16 PM on Sunday, upon the President’s arrival.
The attendees include lawmakers representing the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at the National Assembly, area council chairpersons of the FCT, traditional rulers, leaders of the Christian and Muslim communities, and senior judicial officers, among others.

The opening prayers were led by Dr. Timothy Amazon, Chairman of the FCT Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, and Professor SAS Galadanci, Murshid of the National Mosque.
According to the schedule, Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, who is leading the delegation, will give the opening remarks, followed by the presentation of cards to the President by the guests.
In attendance are Vice President Kashim Shettima, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, and Minister of Information and National Orientation Mohammed Idris.
